Key Responsibilities of a Content Architect :
- Analyze Google Analytics and SEO data to recommend content updates, retirement, and navigation improvements.
- Ensure web content adheres to accessibility standards and is optimized for an 8th-grade reading level using plain language principles.
- Write, edit, and publish website content aligned with SEO best practices.
- Generate Google Analytics reports and configure Google Tag Manager for tracking.
- Manage Google Search Console tasks, including submitting sitemaps and resolving 404 errors.
- Train agency content managers on the new web design system and create training documentation.
- Upload and manage content in Drupal websites.
- Utilize SEO tools like Monsido, Crazy Egg, and similar platforms.
- Work with common CMS platforms such as Drupal, DNN, and WordPress.
- Assist with account administration as needed.
