We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area regularly to maintain a clean environment.
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and cleaning techniques is beneficial.
