Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Assistant Clinic Director to join our team. This role requires a balance of strong administrative skills, sales acumen, and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate is intelligent, personable, and adaptable—ready to take ownership of consultations, support daily clinic operations, and step in as needed when the Clinic Director is unavailable. We are looking for the perfect person to be the right hand of our Clinic Director and the operational organization hub in our Tallahassee location!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist with clinic operations, including checking in clients, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from leads and current clients.Assist in outbound marketing efforts as needed
✅ Provide administrative support, ensuring efficient scheduling, record-keeping, and communication within the clinic.
✅ Perform opening and closing duties
✅ Maintain a clean work environment by assisting in cleaning, laundry, and general daily clinic upkeep
✅ Step in to oversee the clinic in the absence of the Clinic Director, ensuring seamless operations.
✅ Conduct consultations with potential clients, providing expert guidance on laser hair removal treatments while closing sales with confidence.
✅ Collaborate with the Clinic Director to improve processes, enhance client experiences, and drive business growth.

Compensation
- $20/hour up to 2.5% sales bonus on your own sold consults
