We seek a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage your assigned territory effectively, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and thoroughly.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our products.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our brand and expand your professional network.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with territory sales management techniques is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
