Main duties:
- Perform cashiering tasks according to the set standards.
- Quality check and deliver meals to customers.
- Serve beverages to guests according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work area.
- Maintains high standard of personal appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
- Constantly review standard beverage presentation, service and operating procedures.
- Ensures that all guest orders and related requests are carried out
- Serve customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- In the absence of guests, maximize his/ her work shift by consciously finding activities that will help maintain the standards of the marketplace.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and help keep the hygiene and general look of the marketplace.
- Follows Responsible Alcohol Service policies.
Required knowledge/skills/job qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience as a cashier / Expo of a food and beverage establishment preferred.
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system preferred.
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays 365 days a year.
- Cashiers must demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
