Technical Sales Specialist Role
We're looking for a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and drive external sales and new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional sales skills to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with local, regional, and national companies representing potential annual revenue of $100,000 .
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure they comprehend the full scope of our technological advancements and value-adding capabilities.
- Provide technical knowledge of products and services.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of products and services or the willingness to learn.
