L. J. Quigliano II Inc. is hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. This role requires expertise in operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and dozers. Preferred candidates will have experience with GPS systems and a minimum of 7 years of heavy equipment operation in civil construction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate excavators, skid steers, dozers, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and other site preparation tasks.
- Project Execution:
- Follow site plans and instructions to complete work accurately and on time.
- Use GPS systems to ensure precise grading and excavation (preferred).
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience operating heavy equipment in civil construction.
- Proficiency in using excavators, skid steers, dozers, and other machinery.
- Experience with GPS systems is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
