Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories and managing key accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties

  • Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to support lead generation efforts and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote products and services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in territory sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
