Monday: 3:00AM - 12:00PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 5:00AM - 12:00PM

Friday: 3:00AM - 12:00PM

Saturday: 6:00AM - 12:00PM

Sunday: OFF

Pay Rate: $19/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Supervisor for our Janitorial and Automotive Detailing team. This position requires that the successful candidate hold this position as their primary and only job, as the Assistant Supervisor is required to be on-call. This role is crucial to the efficiency and quality of service we provide for our clients.

The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Janitorial and Detailing crew, and coordinating with the Supervisor to ensure maximum efficiency. The Assistant Supervisor must demonstrate strong professional office skills and must possess strong team-building skills.

Duties include the following:

· Provide support to the Supervisor by assisting in managing daily cleaning operations

· Organize daily schedules with team members and delegate work to the crew

· Participate in daily meetings with the team to discuss schedule and expectations

· Assign breaks to crew members, ensuring that the crew is utilizing the time-clock

· Perform quality inspections on all completed work

· Provide training for potential new hires

· Communicate with the HR Department, colleagues, and our clients daily; must be proficient with using Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and office equipment (computers/laptops, printers, work phones, radios, etc.)

• General cleaning will consist of cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and any additional common areas; including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces, and removing trash.
• Automotive detailing will consist of exterior cleaning such as pressure-washing, hand-washing, window cleaning, and polishing, while interior cleaning includes vacuuming, wiping and polishing surfaces, and window cleaning.

This position will require repetitive motion on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and climbing. This work requires lifting and moving heavy items, no more than 50lbs.

Job Qualifications:

21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Clean background and DMV record (no felonies or misdemeanors)
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not necessary

The Assistant Supervisor must have the ability to represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining physical appearance (uniforms provided), and must be comfortable maintaining professional relationships with our clients and vendors. The Assistant Supervisor must have a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and policies, as well as local requirements in relation to all assigned work.
