A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
Our exciting and entrepreneurial culture will encourage you to think creatively, solve problems and meet the needs of our clients daily. A typical day might include the following :
- Provides technical and engineering support, including technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Performs traffic and transportation systems analysis, planning and design.
- Determines feasibility of projects based on analysis of collected data.
- Responsible for performance to scope, schedule and budget.
- Responsible for performance of project staff.
- Manage and design traffic signal projects, signing, striping, illumination, ITS, and traffic control plans for TxDOT, counties and local municipalities
- Prepare traffic studies that include traffic impact analysis for private clients, and level of service analysis and travel demand modeling for public clients
- Oversees day to day operations of group including business development activities and project management responsibilities.
- Mentoring direct reports, and conveying knowledge to others
- Team lunches / breakfasts and social activities
