General Responsibilities:
- Uses survey data for the creation of survey plats, Sketches, and exhibits
- Can write/check Metes & Bounds Descriptions
- Understanding technical survey requirements and specifications.
- Help create DOT ROW Maps, Parcel Takings, Survey Control Data Sheets, Survey Control Index Sheets, Horizontal & Vertical Control Sheets
- Prepare topographic and contour maps of land surveyed, including site features and other relevant information such as charts, drawings, and survey notes
Required Education/Licenses:
- Minimum of high school or technical school training with courses in computer-aided drafting or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
- 3-7 years of survey experience
- CADD experience is required (Civil 3D 2019 will be utilized)
- MicroStation experience is required
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
- Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or daily as changes occur in project needs
