The receptionist must exhibit a professional attitude, and a willingness to collaborate while having the ability to work independently. The ideal person for this role will have a passion for learning, a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities, be well-spoken, and enjoy people. We are only accepting applications for part-time candidates at this time,candidates must be able to work five days a week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Flexibility can be provided with the hours worked each day.
Pay : $16.50-18.50 / hour
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Be a welcoming presence and provide support for visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Distribute mail and prepare outbound shipping.
- Complete administrative tasks to support project managers.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events.
- Be an asset to other administrative staff with support for overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
