LK Architecture is seeking a friendly and skilled Live Chat Agent to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and potential clients who reach out to us online. You'll answer questions, provide information about our services, and help schedule consultations. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about LK Architecture's services.
- Assist clients with scheduling consultations and appointments.
- Gather client information and update our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the website or online services.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills and strong typing abilities.
- Experience with live chat software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Pay: $21.56 - $25.39 per hour
