The Salesperson at LKN Small Engine will be responsible for generating sales of outdoor power equipment, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, and related services. This position is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales experience in the outdoor power equipment industry or related fields. The salesperson will be tasked with identifying potential customers, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Promote and sell outdoor power equipment, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, and maintenance services, including brands such as Husqvarna, Echo, Kress, GreenWorks, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, and Kawasaki.
- Lead Development: Proactively generate new leads through community engagement, online marketing efforts, networking, and attendance at local events.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments to effectively guide customers through their purchase decisions.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor power equipment, trailers, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with the outdoor power equipment brands we service (e.g., Husqvarna, Echo, Kress, GreenWorks) is a plus.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
