Role Overview
We are specifically looking for a hands-on leader to build and lead a performance engineering team for Block Storage, Object Storage, File Storage, and other storage services that are planned for the future. The successful candidate will integrate with the product management and engineering teams to drive short-term performance optimizations as well as build a performance engineering center of excellence in the long term.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of experience building core storage infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience building and leading a high-performance engineering team.
