Technical Analyst 3-Support

Job Duties : The job duties are varied and complex, applying independent judgment. The role may involve a project lead position. Candidates should have demonstrated ability with Core products or have five years of equivalent experience with Applications products. A technical degree or equivalent experience is required (e.g., BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. For Applications, proven professional / technical experience is necessary, demonstrating an understanding of Applications at both functional and technical levels (preferably Oracle).Role Overview : As a Technical Analyst, you will serve as the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolving issues related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products. You should have an in-depth knowledge of several Oracle products and / or platforms, and be highly experienced across multiple platforms, capable of completing assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.Skills and Responsibilities : We are looking for a Consultant / Support Engineer / Application Analyst with a background in Financials and SQL. Additional skills that are nice to have include Unix, PL / SQL, Java, and XML. The role involves 60% of delivering technical and functional support to global enterprise customers, focusing on project work such as creating automation, developing solutions, testing new releases, delivering training, and creating special internal tools.
