Product Implementation Lead

llama provides Facilities and Real Estate software solutions for organizations that help others.  We are looking for an experienced, driven individual who can quickly learn our solutions and enable them for our customers.  You’ll help our customers define their processes, map them to existing features, and work with a team to deliver the resulting functionality. You’ll help us design innovative, value-add solutions and improve our delivery methodologies. 

What you’ll work on:

• Interacting with customers and doing whatever it takes to solve their problems
• Conducting planning and process workshops
• Defining requirements and features
• Working as part of a team to enable our solutions
• Staying on top of product developments and designing innovative solutions
• Helping llama define delivery processes and improve our product offerings

What you’ll bring:

• 2 years leading software enablement or implementation projects
• A thirst for learning a new customer’s perspective
• The ability to navigate requirement and process workshops and create structured outputs
• The skills to define how a solution should work for a customer, and test the solution to make sure that it will delight them

Nice to have experience with:

• IBM technology products (Tririga and/or Maximo)
• Operations & Maintenance software
• Real Estate & Lease Management software
