About the Role :
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of LLM application development. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents and more. You will contribute to our open-source frameworks and help develop our enterprise platform.
Responsibilities :
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, agent architectures, and other LLM-powered systems
Contribute to our open-source Python and Typescript frameworks
Collaborate with the product team to scope and implement new AI / LLM-powered features
Help shape the technical direction and best practices for LLM application development
Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
Qualifications :
Deep expertise with Python and related ecosystem (Pydantic, Poetry, FastAPI, etc.)
Proven track record of executing with high intensity and delivering results
Experience leading ML stack development at fast-growing startups
Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience building with TypeScript
Significant contributions to top open-source AI / ML projects
Portfolio of impressive AI projects or applications
Competitive programming or olympiad awards demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
