Golf Course Staff

Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Golf Course Staff in the Pro Shop, Cart Barn, and Grill/Bar at the beautiful Llano Grande resort. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties for all positions vary, but can include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, assisting with inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf course facilities
- Monitor golf course activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Assist with golf course maintenance tasks, such as setting up equipment and maintaining grounds
- Coordinate and oversee golf events, tournaments, and outings - Assistance with food service and preparation, including taking orders and serving customers - Maintenance of the golf cart fleet and Cart Barn

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge or interest in golf is beneficial
- Food service/cook experience is an asset - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Events management experience is a plus - Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
