Duties
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or order picking is a plus but not required.
