Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a qualified, part-time, non-benefited Clinical Instructor to teach in the Massage Therapy Program in Springfield at the LLCC-Medical District.Instructors will be responsible for the following:Provide quality instruction and classroom management.Make recommendations to appropriate parties for updates/changes as needed to maintain currency of the class/program.Maintain accurate records and submit records/data by due dates.Develop syllabus, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.Use online portal to access instructor resources.Instructor’s pay will range $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience and education. While not guaranteed, the expected class schedule is to be August 28th - February 26th 2026 on Mondays & Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. March 3rd, 2024 - June 11, 2026 on T-W-TH from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The Paid Leave for All Workers Act allows part-time employees to earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked.
