Lincoln Land Community College is currently accepting applications for a student worker to provide clerical and office assistance to the department and staff.Student Workers will perform the following duties:Assist with Workforce Institute events which may include making flyers, organizing giveaways, assisting with set-up or check-in, and general organization.General office duties such as filing, copying, answering phones, and clerical support such as database entry of students or creating and maintaining student files, letters, and certificatesRetrieve and deliver mailAssemble enrollment packets and recruitment bagsMaintain and organize inventory of recruitment materialsReview Workforce webpages for updatesContact students with information updatesCover front desk reception desk as neededUse Word and Excel as neededAll LLCC Student Workers have the following institutional responsibilities:Uphold LLCC’s mission, as well as certain standards of conduct within the College and in dealings with students, staff, faculty and the general public.Responsible for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other regulations with regard to confidentiality of and access to student and other institutional records.Student Workers will be paid minimum wage. ONLY students eligible for Federal Work Study will be considered for this position. Students will be scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week, flexible hours Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5PM, at the main campus.Requirements include the following:Must maintain satisfactory academic progressMust be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) during the semester of employment, with the exception of summer termComplete LLCC’s mandatory harassment prevention training within 30 days of employmentMaintain 3.0 GPALLCC strives to create an inclusive workplace and environment for our students, faculty and staff.
