LLE Education Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeping and Administrative Specialist to support our diverse business operations. This role combines bookkeeping expertise with administrative versatility, ensuring accurate recording and operational support across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax filings and a strong foundation in bookkeeping. This position is based out of our corporate location in Woodbridge, VA.
Key Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation :
- Perform bookkeeping for multiple business units and LLCs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial standards.
- Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Prepare and organize annual tax filings for multiple LLCs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with external tax professionals or accountants as necessary to facilitate timely and accurate filings.
