Job Description
Llebroc, located in Fort Worth Texas, is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of marine seating for OEM boat manufacturers both domestically and abroad. Besides typical building and shop maintenance, our manufacturing facility consists of metal working equipment, CNC foam, plastic, & vinyl cutters as well as numerous sewing and quilting machines that all require thorough oversight.
A successful maintenance technician will plan and manage a comprehensive maintenance program, address unplanned equipment issues with urgency, and work with management to develop improvement plans throughout the plant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Required to be able to move about throughout the office and shop environment and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Safely working on ladders or raised surfaces as well as in warehouse and production areas. Sitting, bending, stooping and lifting are common in this role.
This is a “hands-on” maintenance position.
Work Environment:
Shop Floor & Occasional desk work for reporting, planning and purchasing.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnosing and fixing machinery issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Safety and Reporting:
- Communicating with the production team to address maintenance needs.
- Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety protocols.
- Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all OSHA and company regulations as they relate to the maintenance field (Lock Out Tag Out, Personal Protective Equipment, etc.)
- Maintain open and accurate communication with company leadership well as Production Managers
- Complete all assigned work orders completely and accurately, documenting all prudent information describing the completion of the work order
- Provide all information necessary to maintain proper parts inventories.
- Work with outside contractors to complete projects and improvements.
- Duties may be modified, or additional duties assigned.
- Technical or Trade school degree preferred, or a combination of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus 4 years of experience in a maintenance occupation in a manufacturing environment.
- Excell proficient
- Healthy computer skills are required for proper record keeping as well as developing relationships with vendors and service suppliers to hire in as needed.
- 5-day workweek, but willing and able to work nights & weekends if situations or issues require it
- Basic understanding of industrial electricity
- Ability to work independently when directed.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Basic understanding of schematics and blueprints
- Basic understanding of critical Maintenance, Repair, and Operations, and Proteus procedures and requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
