Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to assist in managing Amazon sales operations while supporting our warehouse team. This fully in person role requires both active warehouse oversight and computer-based management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless online order processing, keep production lines moving, and assist with day-to-day warehouse operations to help us fulfill orders efficiently!
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse and Fulfillment Support
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring the production line is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting with restocking and inventory checks as needed.
- Work alongside the warehouse team to address operational needs and improve fulfillment processes.
- Inventory and Quality Control
- Track inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage product shipments and restocking.
- Ensure all outgoing products meet quality standards, and document any issues or improvements.
- Order Processing
- Learn how to make product, mix paint, and seal product so it is ready to be shipped to anywhere in the world!
- Prepare and fulfill online orders accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- This job could be an entry-level position, no prior experience required. Anything you come already equipped with will be a plus. Just a willingness to learn.
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn is a must.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, production line processes, and inventory management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
