Landscape Laborer/Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig holes for planting or installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
• Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure proper hydration.
• Build and install landscape features including retaining walls, pathways, and decorative elements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, including mowing and irrigation practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely (e.g., shovels, rakes, pruners) and perform manual labor tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in all tasks performed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and hardscaping techniques.
