Our company provides access to leads generated in-house, world-class systems and support, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering valuable benefits to clients.
Average first-year earnings range from $70,000–$100,000 depending on performance. In addition to commissions, you're also paid monthly residuals on each enrollment.

Your Role:
- Educate clients on tailored benefit solutions
- Present to clients on Zoom
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism
- Work independently as part of a high-performing team
Who We Are Looking For:
- High School Dimploma or GED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Self-motivated individuals looking for career growth
- Prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus, but not required
The process consists of an initial screening and final interview.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
