POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for maximizing the value of our multifamily, commercial, and hospitality assets through strategic financial planning, operational oversight, and market analysis. This person will understand asset management principles, real estate market dynamics, and investment strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property performance and maximize returns.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve asset value.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure optimal operational efficiency, leasing strategies, and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with investment goals.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Assist in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts by providing due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation insights.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with lenders, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and company policies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Strong financial acumen with experience or education in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools such as Yardi and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends, property operations, and investment strategies.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPM, CCIM) desired but not required.
