We are rapidly growing and as part of our growth, we are currently seeking a professional customer-focused Site Manager to join our team in Rochester, MN!
Your time will be spent covering the day-to-day operations of a couple multi-family housing properties and will have you involved in all areas of property management! You will focus on turning prospects into residents by showing and leasing units, handling compliance and providing excellent customer service to our residents, clients, and vendors.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lease & show available units
- Interview residents to help predetermine qualification
- Assist with rent collection and delinquencies
- Generate relevant documents for resident move ins
- Process affordable housing applications/certifications
- Communicate with and assist Compliance Department regularly
- Verify information via third party for accuracy
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
- Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence
- Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities
- Assist in the "make ready" process of vacant units as needed
- Inspect units and overall property condition
- Assist with touch up cleaning in common areas as needed
- Carry a company issued cell phone for on-call and after-hour emergencies
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners
- Work closely with maintenance team to coordinate work orders and vendors, when necessary
- Update SharePoint site daily
- Complete monthly workflows in Yardi Voyager
- Submit various monthly and/or annual reports
- Comply with all Fair Housing laws
Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of standard computer equipment and software, a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Prior experience in property management is a bonus, but not required, we will train the right candidate!
