Job Description:
The primary role of the QA auditor is to listen to recorded collector calls and score the calls to identify any potential violations according to Federal and State laws, client guidelines and firm policies. The calls are scored by utilizing a scorecard (either client provided, or firm created) and distributed to the Collection Managers.
Duties:
Monitor and score calls for collectors each month, which will include calls in both English and Spanish
Prepare scorecards for all calls monitored
Complete and maintain audit sheets for each call listened to and score
Complete client provided audit sheets, as needed
Report call fails in internal QA tracking system
For consideration all candidates for hire must successfully complete pre-employment requirements including: drug test, pre-employment background, fingerprinting and prior employment verifications.
