MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR OIL AND GREASE FACILITY $25.00 HR DAY SHIFT - Be familiar with ISO 9001 and 1ATF 16949 Quality Management Systems. Maintenance of equipment. Preventive action program, Maintain, record, and report inventory of critical equipment and spare parts. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant faciities. Mechanical skills including but not limired to mechanical and electrical, pneumatic hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems. replace and repair parrs, test and make adjustments. Perform building repairs and other required such as light plumbing, painting, running occasional maintenance related errands and contact contracted labor for facilities upkeep. . Working knowledge of reading measurements digital and manual. Knowledge of common hand tools , drills, pliers, tape measure, voltage meters, presses, sanders, etc. read blueprints and schematics. Cutting and welding skills. electrical repair, basic computer data entry, Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers PLC Automation. Industrial Hydraulics, Plant Maintenance and Systems Troublseshooting. 1-2 years experience. Welding certificate preferred
