*Responsibilities*
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, and Primavera to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Support project managers in various administrative tasks related to project coordination and execution.
- Maintain organized files for all project-related documents for easy access by team members.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and coordination within the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
