Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Life Science Services Executive to lead its business revitalization and growth initiatives. This role offers significant equity participation and the opportunity to rebuild and scale a company with established market presence and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic revival and expansion of its business operations, with a focus on rebuilding and strengthening relationships with existing MSA partners
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new pharmaceutical and biotech clients
- Oversee the integration and optimization of the India FSP center with US operations
- Build and manage client relationships at the executive level within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence beyond the Bay Area
- Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market position
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track business growth and operational efficiency
