The role: Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform, manage, and coordinate the maintenance of operation equipment, facilities, and grounds. This person will ensure that all restaurant equipment, buildings, and grounds are kept in an optimal operational capacity to ensure there are no disruptions in the supply of tacos flowing to the people of Buffalo! This will involve a large amount of collaboration with department leadership and staff, as well as outside vendors. Additional role accountabilities include:
- Maintaining all lloyd Facilities to minimize operation disruptions: Will coordinate with department and location leadership to troubleshoot and perform maintenance repairs on restaurant equipment, as well as basic facilities maintenance.. Includes performing maintenance based on individual skills and capabilities, as well as scheduling and coordinating services with outside vendors as needed. This will include developing and managing a preventive/predictive maintenance program (including documentation) across locations, as well as performing emergency maintenance as needed.
- Vendor Management: Facilitates the coordination and completion of maintenance services with outside vendors, including communication with site leadership on service times, etc. This includes food truck maintenance and servicing, restaurant equipment cleaning and repairs, gas and electric maintenance, etc. Including making suggestions for purchases, vendor selections, etc. to Ownership.
- Facilities Inventory Management: Maintains equipment, parts, and general facilities inventory levels as needed, making orders and purchases within approved limits to minimize disruptions in operations to perform maintenance and facilities repairs timely.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- High School Diploma
- Basic demonstrable experience and skills in general maintenance skillsets including troubleshooting, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and other miscellaneous hands-on capabilities. The more the better! Commercial restaurant equipment experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Schedule flexibility is available, with a need for on-call availability
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
- At least 1 year of previous professional maintenance experience is required.
- Ability to interact, communicate and work alongside leaders and crew, professionally
- Ability to meet all physical requirements including lifting, crouching, climbing, etc. required in the completion of maintenance and facilities tasks.
This individual must have the flexibility to travel between the Corporate Office and Restaurant Locations, currently in North Buffalo, Elmwood Village and Williamsville, NY.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
