The role : Dishwasher / Prep Cook- North Buffalo
- Operate industrial dishwasher
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand when necessary
- Keep dish storage areas neat and organized
- Accurately follow food preparation processes, including cooking and grilling meats, chopping herbs, dicing, cutting and slicing vegetables, preparing guacamole, etc.
- Possess strong attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency.
- Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards at all times
- Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures.
