We are seeking a Showroom Manager in the Boca / Del Ray area. The Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring sales compliance within the showroom. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring coverage Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review employee performance and provide guidance.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective showroom marketing strategies.
- Manage the showroom budget and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Train and provide ongoing support to designers and project managers
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and sales initiatives.
