We are seeking a Part-Time Homecare Marketer to help expand our client base by building relationships with hospitals, hospice facilities, and doctors' offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, hospice offices, doctors, and other referral sources.
- Promote our homecare services to healthcare providers and educate them on the benefits of partnering with us.
- Conduct in-person visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach efforts.
- Track and report referral sources, marketing efforts, and new client leads.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of home healthcare, hospice, or senior care services is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for travel to various healthcare facilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet marketing goals.
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $20 - $24 per hour (based on experience).
- Flexible Schedule: Part-time hours with the opportunity for growth.
- Commission: Earn $50-$150 per new client referral, depending on the level of care required.
- Bonus Opportunities: Additional bonuses for reaching monthly/quarterly referral targets.
