Paid training will be provided for our Entry Level Account Manager position. Main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service and meeting sales quotas for our clients. Candidates with strong communication skills and relationship building skills are strongly preferred. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers are happy with our level of service.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities
- Learn basic sales and marketing techniques and presentation skills
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Acquire new sales accounts
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
