We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Entry Level Sales Representative to join our amazing team. You must love helping others and enjoy working in a fun fast-paced environment. You will address customer concerns and connect with potential customers to expand our client's portfolio. If you are a friendly, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills you will be a great fit. Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service is a plus but not required since we will provide paid training. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with our customers and help grow the brand and business. This position will be handling one-on-one sales interactions with customers.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and current customers through direct sales approach to meet sales targets
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Follow up after closing a sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions
- Build excellent customer rapport
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-face, customer service oriented or other sales role
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Assertiveness and confidence
- Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- High school diploma

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
