Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Support : Support account managers by facilitating clear and effective communication to maintain positive client relations.
Project Coordination : Assist in the coordination of advertising projects, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
Research and Analysis : Perform market research and industry trend analysis to inform account strategies and client presentations.
Reporting : Prepare and deliver periodic reports on project advancement and performance metrics to account managers and clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to facilitate the development and execution of campaigns.
Administrative Tasks : Manage administrative duties, including arranging meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
In-depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing : A strategic thinker who has a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and channels
Strategic Vision : Have the ability to think long-term and develop solid strategies that drive the growth and success of the agency.
Adaptability and Problem Solving : Be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
