We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 3-4 years of experience to support the implementation of global talent strategies within the U.S. region to join our US Talent team.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring regional alignment with global HR policies while maintaining compliance with U.S. labor laws. The HR Generalist will provide operational and strategic support across various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and policy development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Talent Strategy & Implementation : Support the execution of global talent initiatives within the U.S., ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local legal requirements.
- Policy & Compliance : Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to align with global strategies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, handling investigations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Operations & Administration : Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS updates, and support benefits administration as needed.
- Training & Development : Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs to support employee growth and compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits Support : Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee inquiries.
- HR Projects : Participate in HR initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and workforce planning.
