We are looking for a Research & Data Analytics Manager to be a part of our data-driven initiatives and research team. This role will help drive the firm's data intelligence capabilities, ensuring our strategies and campaigns are informed by robust analytics, cutting-edge methodologies, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data analytics, and strategic consulting, with a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful narratives that support client objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research & Data Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive research and analytics strategy that aligns with business goals and client needs.
- Oversee the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, digital panels, and market intelligence
- Utilize analytics, AI, and data science methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Leadership & Team Management
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Required Technical Skills :
In-depth Knowledge of Experience in the behavioral sciences or fields grounded in psychology and human behavior : Ability to combine the understanding of market behavior, sociology, and psychology with statistical analysis to recommend business plans and improve communication strategies.
Strategic Vision : Have the ability to think long-term and develop solid strategies that drive growth and success for our clients.
Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Previous experience working with research panels, surveys, digital panels, focus groups, and handling outside research vendors to achieve project goals.
Communication Skills : Experience working with multinational communication and marketing teams
Adaptability and Problem Solving : Be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
