Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing general clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties knowledge
- Proficient in Clerical Skills and office management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
