RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an integral member of the executive leadership team.
  • Igniting cultures of success and transforming the way the world views aging.
  • Improving the performance of communities through efficient effective programs, policies, procedures and leadership.
  • Develop and sustain a region-wide culture of teamwork, professionalism, mutual respect, continuous quality improvement and accountability.
  • Articulate a vision, create consensus and motivate people to build a sense of community.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, motivate and retain world-class Executive Directors.
  • Assess the current state of operations in the region and collaborate with community Executive Directors and other Regionals to implement and improve processes and programming.
  • CANDIDATE

  • Planning and organizational skills and ability to collaborate with all styles of individuals and to communicate effectively.

  • Will exhibit a high standard of care and concern for current and future residents.
  • As a relationship-oriented person, the Regional Director of Operations will be an excellent communicator and will maintain a visible presence among staff, residents, and clients and within the surrounding community.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. degree / Masters Preferred.
  • At least three to five years’ experience in senior living operations as an Executive Director, multi-site management experience, with a proven track record of meeting key performance goals.
  • Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
  • Must also demonstrate integrity, maturity, and leadership skills.
