We are seeking a motivated and success-driven Entry Level Client Ambassador to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our clients’ brands, responsible for building and nurturing lasting relationships with customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales growth and boosting revenue by effectively communicating our clients’ offerings, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a personalized experience. As an Entry Level Client Ambassador, you will engage with customers face-to-face, introduce our clients’ products and services, and provide tailored solutions that build trust and foster loyalty. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 

  • Foster new sales opportunities with both existing accounts and potential new customers through strategic outreach and upselling opportunities 
  • Present our clients products and services with the goal of driving revenue and customer enrollment 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients customer base, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in the industry or knowledge of the product/service offerings is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
