Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Set up and operate breakfast buffet
- Prepare all food in accordance with standard recipes and as specified by the guest.
- Visually inspect, select and use only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items.
- Check and control the proper storage of product and portion control, i.e. especially high cost meat and fish items.
- Keep refrigeration, dry storage, and working areas clean and organized to comply with health department regulations.
- Assist with banquet and restaurant preparation
Must have flexible availability to work morning and evening shifts!
Pay rate: $16/hr
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 years of cooking experience
- Knife skills
- Meat temperature knowledge
- ServSafe certified preferred
