• Salary Range: $86,000 to $90,000 annually (higher rates for AK, CA, CO, HI, OR, WA)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Arizona Time), with adjustments based on CST/EST zones.

Please Note: This position requires:

• A DoD Security Clearance with a review of 10 years of history.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and a credit check.
• Limited vacation availability during December (excluding Christmas).
  
  
  

What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive assessments for referred beneficiaries.
• Develop and implement individualized Care Plans, monitor effectiveness, and reassess as needed.
• Review and process authorization and referral requests in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with the scope of practice for your state licensure.
• Support veterans and military families by addressing their unique needs.
  
  
  

Requirements

Must Have

• Licensure:
• Active, unrestricted state license as one of the following:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Clinical Psychologist
  
  
• Experience:
• Two years of full-time equivalent clinical care experience.
  
• Certification:
• Ability to obtain a URAC-recognized certification in case management within four (4) years of hire.
  
  
  

Preferred

• Two years of case management experience.
• URAC-recognized case manager certification.
