Position Overview :

The Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all perpetual inventory within the warehouse and the Great Plains (GP) ERP system . This role will collaborate with the Plant Director and Supervisors and act as a liaison between warehouse and plant operations to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Great Plains (GP) ERP system , ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
• Monitor manufacturing orders and apply adjustments to correct inventory counts.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and lead the annual physical inventory process to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Oversee and improve inventory control processes, leveraging Panatracker and other inventory management systems .
• Ensure accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing for manufactured items.
• Track and report scrap materials, identifying trends to reduce waste.
• Assist with handheld scanner operations and integration with ERP and inventory systems.
• Review, analyze, and report inventory data , identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Lead or participate in inventory-related projects to optimize workflows and reduce errors.
