These assemblies target high-speed communications and connectivity within datacenters and wireless infrastructure. As the subject matter expert, you will lead electrical performance initiatives from initial analysis to prototype evaluation and production testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for high-speed data, electronics design, simulation, and validation through the product development lifecycle.
- Define electrical design performance and functional requirements for new products.
- Lead product development of high-speed cable assemblies from conception to manufacturing.
- Conduct component selection, schematic design, PCB Layout, and validation testing.
- Make actionable recommendations based on design reviews and simulation results.
- Utilize data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and resolve design challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-speed hardware engineering.
- Expertise with electronic design and analysis tools, such as Altium PCB, ADS, Ansys Designer, Ansys HFSS.
- Experience in high-speed cable/cable assembly designs, including twin-ax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables, and active copper cables.
- Proficiency with high-speed test equipment like Digital Sampling Oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers, and Bit Error Rate Testers.
- Familiarity with signal conditioning techniques (equalization, amplification, FIR, CTLE).
- Strong skills in PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and electromagnetic theory.
- Demonstrated project leadership, particularly across design, development, and manufacturing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global setting.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and ANSI C.
- Knowledge of SFF/IEEE specifications for high-speed cable assemblies.
- Understanding of higher-order modulation techniques like PAM4/8.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies or a strong background in data analytics.
