We are seeking a skilled Lead Tools Support Engineer / ALM Tools Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This role is critical in supporting engineering project teams by administering, configuring, and providing training on Micro Focus ALM/QC/Octane tools. You will be the first point of contact for user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT regarding ALM tools, ensuring that project and business needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Micro Focus ALM tools, including license management, user creation, project setup, and usage monitoring.
- Support engineering teams with tool configuration, customization, and user training.
- Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving ALM tool-related issues.
- Develop training materials and guide users on ALM tool best practices.
- Coordinate with IT for tool upgrades, new implementations, and pilot testing.
- Monitor and manage centralized services like license servers, databases, and application services.
- Create automation scripts to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance user experience.
- Support PMT organization in deploying current and new tool suites for engineering projects.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL queries, VB scripting, and Micro Focus ALM OTA API.
- Collaborate across time zones to support multiple projects and maintain consistent tool performance.
- Champion inclusion and create an environment of support and trust.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity in both technical and non-technical discussions.
- Build strong relationships across teams to achieve project goals.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with Micro Focus ALM/QC/Octane.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in SQL, VB scripting, and Micro Focus integration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $52 - $55
